Frome Learning Partnership
Beckington is one of 17 schools that are part of the Frome Learning Partnership.
The schools work closely together with the following aims:
- to work collaboratively to raise the attainment of the children in our care
- to develop good practice
- to foster aspirations for lifelong learning
The FLP has the following commitments:
- to provide all children with a cohesive education
- to innovate joint approaches to raising standards and supporting our families
- to ensure that our children's needs are at the heart of all that we do

Friends of Beckington School (FOBS)
The parent and staff association for Beckington provides an important connection between the school and parents.
FoBS work closely with the school helping to organise and plan fundraising activities. Events have included cake sales, discos, scarecrow trail and the summer fate with many more things in the pipeline.
This link between the school, parents and the community has enabled in recent months to provide.

- Subsidising trips for pupils
- New furniture in the classes
